It can help you prevent dental issues like tooth decay and gum disease because it strengthens the tooth enamel and kills bacteria. However, this is only the case if you use antibacterial or fluoride mouthwash that has been approved by the American Dental Association.

-Consume calcium and other vitamins: Calcium and Vitamin D help your body in more ways than you might realize. In addition to strengthening your bones, calcium can also strengthen your teeth. In fact, it’s essential for a strong smile. So, make sure to drink milk and orange juice as well as eating yogurt, broccoli, cheese, and other dairy products.

-Clean your tongue: You can do this by brushing your tongue after you have brushed your teeth. You can also use a tongue scraper if you need to. Cleaning the tongue can help you remove bacteria from the surface, freshen the breath, and even improve the health of your mouth.
